Auto Finance Specialist
About the position The Asset Remarketing Titles Team at JPMorgan Chase & Co. plays a crucial role in ensuring that all vehicles in the Chase disposal inventory possess valid titles before they are offered for sale at auction. As a title support member of this team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of the vehicle remarketing process. Your primary duties will include title check-in, title filing, title distribution, and data entry. Additionally, you may be assigned other duties as needed to support the teams objectives. In this role, you will frequently interact with title vendors, auto auctions, and other external vendors, as well as collaborate with other members of the Remarketing team and various groups throughout Chase Auto Finance. It is essential to maintain focus over extended periods and minimize mistakes, as the work can involve repetitive activities. You will need to be comfortable with sitting and standing for long durations and have the physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly. Adhering to all departmental procedures is a critical aspect of this position. This position is strictly in-office, requiring your presence every day with no option for remote work. To succeed, you must possess excellent organizational and time management skills to manage your workload effectively. Self-motivation, focus, and attention to detail are vital traits for this role. Proficiency in PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel, is required, along with the ability to multitask and learn quickly. You should also be able to perform well under deadline pressures, with a preference for candidates who can type 10 key by touch at a speed of 35+ words per minute. Previous title experience is preferred but not mandatory.
