The Opportunity with Solvus Global Is Dynamic, Engaging, Cross-Disciplinary, Cutting-Edge, Flexible, EMPOWERING We are looking for a Software Engineer II with experience utilizing generative AI in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of new or existing software applications. In addition to contributing to development efforts as part of the software engineering team, you will also directly support the integration of generative AI tools into our developer operations as well as non-technical business operations. With Solvus Global, you will work in an Agile development environment with daily stand ups, backlog management, and code reviews. An ideal candidate can collaborate with cross functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, manage scope, and deliver finished products. You will act as a conduit between management and other software engineers on your teams. Required Attributes & Skills Must be a US Person according to FAR22 CFR 120.15 - US Person 3+ years professional work experience as a Software Engineer 2+ years professional work experience utilizing Generative AI Models Experience with Python libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras Knowledge of NLP techniques like text parsing, sentiment analysis, and transformer models Solid understanding of ML algorithms, training processes, and evaluation metrics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Analytical and critical thinking Advantageous Attributes & Skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar field Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS Experience developing in C#/.NET Full-Stack development experience An understanding of the business value of software in hard tech (e.g., manufacturing) Ability to deploy software products in the hard-tech and government worlds Prior experience with project management & customer interfacing Apply Job!
