Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers to build and maintain meaningful relationships, leveraging your financial knowledge to provide tailored solutions. You'll work closely with business partners to guide customers to additional expert resources, handle teller transactions, and assist customers in the lobby and drive-up. • You'll discover customer financial needs and recommend suitable products and services, using your expertise to provide personalized solutions. • You'll collaborate with business partners to guide customers to additional expert resources, such as mortgage and wealth management services. • You'll open accounts and perform maintenance tasks while supporting customers with digital banking products. • You'll identify potential fraud and mitigate risks, assuming responsibilities for bank opening and closing shifts as needed. • You'll contribute to community and bank events to promote positive relationships and foster a sense of community among our customers. To be successful in this role, you'll need 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or financial service roles, along with bilingual skills in Polish or Spanish. A high school diploma or GED is required, and intermediate computer skills are necessary. We offer a competitive pay structure with opportunities to earn monthly commissions, an estimated hourly rate between $21.00 and $28.00.
