Insurance Agent/Specialist

We're looking for a motivated, quick worker with a keen eye for detail to join our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity with plenty of room for growth and development. Looking to start ASAP. Responsibilities • Provide outstanding customer service by answering phones, emails and texts, assisting current policyholders, quoting and guiding new clients through their insurance needs. • Assist in facilitating new business for the agency, ensuring that clients receive the best insurance solutions for their needs. • No cold calling or door-to-door sales. Focus is on servicing existing accounts and supporting new business growth. • Complete work accurately and quickly. Qualifications • Property & Casualty Insurance License is a plus, though not required to apply. • Willingness to obtain your insurance license if you don't currently hold one (company will support you in this process) • Strong typing and computer skills are essential. • Problem Solver. • Quick Worker • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive, client-first attitude. • Self-motivated, quick to adapt, and comfortable working independently. • Exceptional attention to detail is a must to ensure accurate policy management and customer satisfaction. • Sales experience is preferred but not required. Additional Information Compensation: • Competitive hourly pay, plus commission-based incentives. • Pay increase upon obtaining your insurance license.
