Greentree has completed over 30 billion in transactions to date and has invested across Zhejiang, Shanghai, Chengdu, Chongqing, Jiangsu, and a variety of property types, including residential, shopping, street-front shops, commercial malls, car parks, and serviced departments. Responsibilities ? Create and implement a workflow for our CRM systems and investor database ? Implement administrator policies for Microsoft 365 group policy ? Administer virtual machines using VMware ? Setup Servers and VPNs on Ubuntu for remote access Qualifications ? Excellent communication and presentation skills, proactive work style. ? Ability to work independently towards a goal, efficiently managing time and resources. ? Proficiency in business software, esp. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Photoshop, etc. ? Energetic and hardworking individual with a willingness to learn ? Ability to prioritize workload when required ? Strong problem-solving skills ?
