About the position Year Up United is an intensive job training program designed for young adults aged 18-29, providing them with essential skills for professional success. The program combines classroom learning with internships and job placement services, offering personalized coaching and mentorship to help participants launch their careers. Graduates gain valuable business and communication skills, and many secure employment or continue their education shortly after completing the program. Responsibilities • Participate in in-classroom skill development sessions. , • Engage in internships with leading organizations such as Bank of America, American Express, or JPMorgan Chase. , • Receive personalized coaching and mentorship throughout the program. , • Develop professional business and communication skills. , • Build resumes and practice interviewing and networking skills. Requirements • Must be 18-29 years old. , • Must be a high school graduate or GED recipient. , • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. , • Must be available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program. , • Must be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills. , • Must not have obtained a Bachelor's degree. Nice-to-haves • Previous experience in customer service or banking (not mandatory).
