Sr. Commercial Special Assets Officer
Candidate should possess an ability to develop and implement a plan of action to protect and improve the Banks position through negotiating satisfactory repayment plans, obtaining additional collateral, restructuring terms or the liquidation of pledged assets and/or placement of receivers, if appropriate. Included in this process is a thorough review of existing loan documents and evaluating the borrowers financial strength and ability to repay the outstanding debt. Seeking a candidate with a Juris Doctorate degree who is duly licensed and in good standing. Prefer an underlying Bachelors Degree in business, accounting, or finance. Candidate should possess a working knowledge of commercial credits, loan documentation, lending, and workouts. Job skills should include proficiency with Excel, Word, financial statement analysis, collections, negotiations, and related legal issues. Candidate should possess an ability to formulate objective views based on knowledge and experience. Requires working with Special Assets team members, management, and internal and external legal counsel to formulate the best administration of assigned loans. Apply Job!
