Your Background: A proven track record as a 2nd Line Manager or Personal Producer, with expertise in recruiting sales professionals using personal warm markets and cold sources. Experience in sales training and employee development is also essential. Fully licensed Series 7 and 24 (or ability to obtain within 6 months), with a relevant college degree. Key Responsibilities: Select and recruit new and experienced financial professionals to the company. Train and develop existing and future professionals on our selling process and product portfolio.
