Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, friendly, and detail-oriented Live Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic customer support team. As a Live Chat Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our live chat platform. You will be responsible for providing fast, efficient, and professional support while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner through live chat- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer support experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:
