What are we looking for At Stone Systems (www.stone-systems.com) we are looking for a Machine Operator for our Shop in Lake Dallas, TX. Operators control and manipulate machinery in a wide variety of fields to produce goods, make repairs, or join our systems together. What you will do As a Machine Operator, you would be responsible for preparing and performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines/equipment. Job Expectations:

• Fabricate edges, sides, corner radius, angles and sink cutouts using tools required in the process
• Verifies all pieces were checked, fabricated, and returned to the same cart number and checked in the tracking sheet as complete
• Meet daily productivity goals
• Verify the quality of finished workpieces by inspecting, comparing to templates, and measuring their dimensions
• Record product and processing data on specified forms when needed
• Assist in minor repair and maintenance on assigned equipment
• Wearing all Personal Protective Equipment (safety glasses, earplugs, waterproof, face mask, etc.)
• Assuring all work area is cleaned and organized.

What you need to succeed EXPERIENCE Desired:

• Experience in fabricating marble, granite and quartz
• Experience in construction, industrial and manufacturing fields
• Experience operating a CNC Machine

EDUCATION Required:

• High School Diploma/GED

KNOWLEDGE Required:

• Basic knowledge of math (adding, subtracting, measurements, etc)
• Basic knowledge of maintenance

SKILLS Required:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs.

Wage Range: The starting hourly range for this position is between $18-$20. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible Potential Annual Award depending on individual performance and Company performance, in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.
