Your mission We’re seeking a Digital Growth Marketing Manager Americas to drive scalable, data-driven marketing initiatives that fuel customer acquisition, engagement, and expansion. You’ll be responsible for developing and collaborating on the execution of one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many digital strategies across paid media, SEO, email, and social channels to optimize growth throughout the marketing funnel. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, digital channel know how, creative problem-solving, and hands-on campaign operations.

What You'll Do

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive digital growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and expansion.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), display, SEO, and email marketing. Use 6sense to uncover intent and Folloze for selected campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics and more.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Design and run experiments to optimize digital channels.
  • SEO & Content Strategy: Oversee SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content planning to improve organic visibility.
  • Email Marketing & Automation: Develop email marketing campaigns and implement automation workflows to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI across channels.

What You'll Bring To The Team

  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of scaling digital marketing campaigns and delivering measurable business growth.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and sales tools (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, 6Sense, Folloze. Salesforce.com knowledge a must).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, and email marketing best practices.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in targeting via digital channels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • 3+ years working at an enterprise software company in a marketing capacity.
  • Experience doing Account Based Marketing via digital channels is preferred
