Digital Marketing Coordinator

Overview

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across multiple channels. You’ll manage our content calendar, ensure posts go out on time, and bring fresh ideas to the table for social media and ad campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Content Posts: Plan, write, and publish posts on various social media platforms, ensuring brand voice and style consistency.
• Manage Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a comprehensive calendar that organizes all marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns.
• Timely Execution: Monitor deadlines and ensure all content—social posts, ads, and promotional materials—go live according to schedule.
• Create & Design Media: Collaborate on graphics, videos, and other creative assets for social media and digital ads, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ideation & Brainstorming: Propose innovative content ideas to boost engagement and brand awareness, staying updated on the latest digital trends.
• Performance Tracking: Work with analytics tools to measure content effectiveness and optimize strategies based on data insights.
• Brand Consistency: Uphold visual and messaging standards across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
• Proficiency in content creation and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite).
• Familiarity with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of newsletter platforms
• Understanding of tiktok and meta ads
• Previous experience in the creator space
• Collaborating with external partners
