- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial concrete structure projects
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, formwork, and industry standards
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors effectively
- Commitment to safety, quality control, and meeting project deadlines
- Strong leadership and communication skills to drive productivity and teamwork
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects stay on track
- oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects while ensuring they stay within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Solve on-site challenges and adjust plans as needed to keep projects moving forward
