Title - Earnix Architect Location - San Antonio, TX Job Description:

• At least 11 to 18 years of experience
• Ability to lead presentations to large groups and tie business problems to technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and your ability to relay and simplify complicated concepts to non-technical people while maintaining the ability to speak to highly technical people.
• Hands-on personal lines and/or commercial lines pricing and/or actuarial and/or underwriting experience with a view of how to transform the industry with cutting-edge technology.
• Skills with the ability to draw connections between analytical solutions modern technology and business value.
• Ability to talk on a peer-to-peer level with senior insurance executives including Heads of LOBs Heads of Products CIOs and business teams such as Pricing Actuarial IT and Product teams at the largest insurance carriers
