Cashier/Clerk/Customer Service

Job Summary: Must be 21 years old or older We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with retail sales. Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner - Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Provide product information and assist customers with their inquiries - Maintain a clean and organized cashier station - Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets - Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy - Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling, returns, and exchanges Experience: - Previous experience in cash handling is preferred - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently - Familiarity with operating a cash register or point-of-sale system We offer competitive pay rates and provide training to ensure your success in this role.
