Customer Service Representative - Part-Time
As a part-time Housekeeping Host/Hostess at Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort, you will have the unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about hospitality, has excellent communication skills, and is physically fit enough to perform the demands of this role. Responsibilities include maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, providing exceptional customer service to our valued guests, assisting guests with directions and resort information, and performing various housekeeping tasks, such as stripping and making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms. Key qualifications for this role include being at least 18 years old, having the ability to lift heavy items and work with chemicals, and being available to work on three full days, including one weekend day, and national/state holidays.
