Job Duties and Responsibilities of Auto Parts Associate: • Offer assistance to customers seeking information on car parts in-person and through phone communication. • Provide expert advice and aid to customers and team members. • Uphold top-tier customer care standards for a delightful retail experience. • Employ technological tools such as cash registers and cataloging systems to identify and procure the necessary parts. • Communicate with customers to grasp their demands and present suitable answers. Qualifications and Experience of Auto Parts Associate: • Valid driver?? license. • Background in the automotive field or opeess to gaining expertise. • Educational prerequisites include a high school diploma or GED, with the option to enhance qualifications through technical or trade school courses. • Proficient in communication and adept in addressing customer needs. • Capacity to thrive in a high-speed retail atmosphere. Preferred Qualifications: • Background in the automotive, heavy equipment, farming sector, or automotive dealership industry. • Knowledge acquired through working in parts shops, auction settings, and auto body repair shops. • Familiarity with cataloging or inventory management systems is crucial. • Although ASE certifications are preferred, they are not mandatory for this role.
