Conduct outbound calling as needed to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide informed support. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering excellent support. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Experience in sales is beneficial for identifying opportunities to upsell products or services. Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and patience. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
