Your mission

We are looking for a Data Analytics Solutions Partner to strengthen our use of data to inform our most business critical decisions. On a daily basis, you will be working with business leaders across various functional areas to inform how they measure success, how they use data to inform strategic decisions, and ensure they have the data visibility and tools they need to make progress on those strategies every day.

Your role

• Support business leaders in identifying the right KPIs to drive business performance
• Provide data-driven guidance to business leaders on key strategic decisions
• Design and deliver self-service tools to various functional groups for operational excellence
• Generate new ideas for how to leverage the data we have to drive business performance
• Elevate data literacy across the organisation, with an eye toward consistency, ease of understanding, and educating on the right way to use data in each function
• Elevate the Global Analytics team by sharing best practices and learnings and offering ad-hoc guidance to other team members on their projects

Requirements

• Previous experience in analytical roles and/or data modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Looker.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Extensive experience translating business questions into data solutions.
• Background in working with Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Passionate about data literacy.
• Proactive mindset with strong teamwork skills.
