What You Will Be Doing Leveraging AI tools and automation to deliver strategic insights to the CEO on operational efficiency, scalability, and growth opportunities Building AI-powered frameworks to measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of our unique educational model across all locations Developing predictive models and automated operational dashboards to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges before they emerge Creating and implementing AI-enabled systems to maintain our exceptional student outcomes (99th percentile performance) as we expand Identifying and implementing opportunities for AI and automation to streamline operations and improve efficiency What You Wont Be Doing Managing day-to-day campus operations or facility buildouts Directly overseeing educational staff Creating workshop content or academic curricula Director Of Retail Operations Key Responsibilities Design and implement AI-powered operational frameworks and automated systems that ensure consistent delivery of 2 Hour Learning's academic model while providing data-driven strategic insights to the CEO. Basic Requirements 10+ years of operational leadership experience scaling multi-location businesses (retail, hospitality, or education) Proven track record of developing and presenting strategic recommendations to C-suite executives, specifically the ability to translate complex operational data into clear, actionable executive-level insights Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools and automation to drive operational efficiency and improvement Strong understanding of current AI capabilities and limitations, particularly in operational contexts Experience building and optimizing AI-enabled quality control systems across physical locations Strong background in education sector operations, particularly in K-12 school administration or multi-campus educational institutions Expert-level analytical capabilities in predictive modeling, AI-powered analytics, and automated dashboard creation Outstanding strategic communication skills with demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders Must be based in the United States and willing to travel 30% of time to campus locations Legally eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship About 2 Hour Learning 2hr Learning is powered by AI technology that enables schools to provide personalized, mastery learning to students, enabling them to learn faster than standard school, thereby freeing up the rest of the school day to pursue their passions and interests.
