Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or a related field Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations with ease Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Additional certifications in customer service preferred but not required Education Requirements Credential Category High School Diploma Experience Requirements At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably with live chat support experience.
