About the role:

As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll be the owner and driver of some of Qventus’ most critical initiatives, responsible for ensuring they deliver meaningful value to customers and align with company goals. This is a hands-on role where you’ll roll up your sleeves, break down problems, and lead from the front to ensure program success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outcome-Driven Execution: Drive programs forward, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.

  • Break Down Complexity: Translate complex, high-level goals into clear, actionable plans, identifying risks and proactively mitigating them.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Build trust and alignment across engineering, product, and business teams to ensure programs run smoothly and deliver value.

  • Hands-on Problem Solving: Dive deep into challenges, whether technical or organizational, and find solutions to keep programs on track.

  • Process Leadership: Define and refine program management practices, optimizing how we plan, execute, and track progress.

  • Get Stuff Done: Be a proactive force in removing roadblocks, creating momentum, and ensuring teams stay focused on what matters most.

  • Communication Excellence: Provide clear, compelling updates that inspire confidence and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or a similar role, with a proven record of owning and driving successful programs.

  • Technical Acumen: A strong foundation in software development, APIs, and system design, with the ability to engage deeply with technical teams.

  • Execution Focus: A relentless drive to deliver results, combined with a problem-solving mindset and a strong bias for action.

  • Leadership: Ability to inspire teams, rally stakeholders, and lead with confidence in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • Strategic Thinking: Expertise in connecting technical programs to business objectives and customer needs.

  • Risk Management: Skilled in identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks to ensure successful program outcomes.

  • Collaboration: A team-first approach with a knack for building strong relationships and fostering alignment.

It’s a Plus if You Have…
  • Healthcare Experience: Familiarity with healthcare systems, operations, or regulatory environments is a plus.

  • Agile Expertise: Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Data-driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to measure program success and inform prioritization.
