To excel in this role, a friendly and helpful attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and handle pressure are key. Your Role in Detail: You?ll work as a text chat operator in a customer support capacity. When your shift starts (you can pick your own hours), you?ll log in to the business?s website and start responding to incoming messages from customers.
