Entry Level Marketing Sales Agent

Compensation: $150,000 Per Commission Rate Responsibilities: ? Meet sales team goals and yearly sales targets, develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategies ? Develop and train your team to better serve your customers ? Grow customer loyalty while also generating new business by nurturing long-term relationships ? Recruit, build, and expand your own franchise portfolio. ? Use our unified platform to grow your business and manage your recruitment pipeline. ? Achieve sales targets and drive business expansion through your team and marketing efforts. ? Foster long-term relationships with clients and potential franchisees. ? Work both remotely and in-person to recruit, train, and manage your team. ? Continuously develop and grow your business model using the resources provided. Qualifications: ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? High diploma or GED and a bachelor?s degree preferably in marketing or hospitality ? Marketing expertise and knowledge of sales department best practices are needed for this position ? Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel ? At least 3 years of sales experience, with an interest in franchise development and recruitment. ? Vision for scaling a business and growing a marketing agency. ? Ability to recruit and lead a team, building a strong franchise network. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Self-motivated and committed to long-term entrepreneurial growth.
