Job Summary: Experience Required: ? 10 years of experience working on large Vlocity engagements as a Technical Architect. Key Responsibilities: ? Implement end-to-end CRM solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. ? Work on proposals, estimate scope of work, and support pre-sales activities. ? Transform business requirements into Vlocity functional and technical specifications. ? Lead expertise in Lead Management, Quote to Cash, Case Management, and Call Center processes. ? Conduct customer workshops during project discovery, prepare solution design documents, and collaborate with development teams. ? Gather requirements, design, code, debug, analyze performance, and deploy solutions to the client's Vlocity.com organization. ? Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into technical solutions. ? Design and develop integrations between Salesforce.com and other systems using SOAP and REST APIs. ? Experience working with AppExchange products and integrations. ? Implement Agile and other project management methodologies. ? Leverage different design patterns for application development and integration. ? Understand and implement various cloud products like Sales, Service, Community, FSL, etc. ? Demonstrate strong critical and analytical thinking skills, both technical and non-technical. ? Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Certifications: ? Preferred: Vlocity certifications in architect and consulting tracks (Integration Architect, Data Architect, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
