Online Specialist Position Overview: Chantecaille is searching for a part time (24 hours/week) Online Specialist to offer remote Live Chat and email support for our clients. This role is responsible for: Position Responsibilities: ? Answering client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing relevant product information and recommendations ? Provide exceptional customer service to our clients thru Live Chat and email messaging ? Respond in a timely, efficient, and professional manner ? Resolve complaints by offering solutions or escalating to management ? Document client interactions and follow up as appropriate ? Stay up to date on product information, new releases, beauty industry trends and customer service best practices ? Attend regional trainings twice/year Qualifications: ? An ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively ? Experience in a customer service role, luxury beauty industry preferred ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Computer skill to include typing, and ability to navigate thru different software programs. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook ? Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality ? Professional demeanor ? Passion for beauty and conservation ? Ability to work evenings (until 7pm EST), weekends and some holidays Apply Job!
