Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Provide product information and recommendations. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor. Meet performance metrics and targets.
