Telemarketer (Work From Home) - State Farm Agent Team Member

Are you a motivated, persuasive communicator with a passion for building relationships? As a Telemarketer and key member of a State Farm Agent's team, you will connect with prospective and current customers to introduce State Farm products and services. Work from the comfort of your home while playing a critical role in helping our agency grow. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and current clients using provided leads. Educate customers about State Farm products and services to meet their insurance and financial needs. Schedule appointments for potential policy reviews with the agent. Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport and understanding client needs. Meet or exceed established performance goals, including call quotas and sales targets. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
