Requirements • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication with clients. • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key. • Previous experience in telemarketing or inside sales is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates. • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.
