Executive Administrator (Sr Legal Asst , Word Processor) (Hybrid - PA)

About the position The Executive Administrator / Senior Legal Assistant / Word Processing Specialist at Air Products will provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the Corporate Secretary's Office, specifically to the VP, General Counsel Americas and Assistant Corporate Secretary. This hybrid position requires a highly organized and efficient individual capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. The role involves advanced word processing skills, document management, and coordination of executive travel, among other responsibilities. Responsibilities • Provide executive administrative support to the Corporate Secretary's Office and the VP, General Counsel Americas. , • Serve as a back-up Executive Assistant for the EVP General Counsel. , • Manage the Directors Desk System, including creating meeting agendas and managing document libraries. , • Prepare materials for Board meetings and assist with the Annual Shareholder meeting. , • Track and file original company contracts and manage CSO billing. , • Provide word processing support for legal documents and manage share sites for the Law and CSO teams. , • Schedule meetings, arrange travel, and process expense reports for the legal team. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting partners and/or senior executives. , • College Degree. , • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. , • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products and SharePoint. , • Exceptional word processing skills and ability to handle confidential documents. , • Ability to work long and unconventional hours when needed. Nice-to-haves • Experience with TRAVISA, passport, and VISA procedures. , • Knowledge of legal document management systems.
