About the position The Warehouse Coordinator plays a crucial role in the operations of Evernorth Health Services, acting as the primary contact for special accounts and projects. This position involves managing outbound operations, including pick/pack tasks, and handling customer-specific special orders. The coordinator will ensure accurate processing of shipments, particularly those involving RFID technology, and will work across various operational areas such as 3PL, inventory, and receiving as needed. Responsibilities • Coordinate special shipments and review for accuracy prior to processing , • Work in 3PL, Inventory and Receiving as needed , • Utilize AS400 system for processing special orders , • Processing RFID shipments using Continuum Software , • Additional duties as assigned Requirements • High School diploma or GED required , • 1+ years experience in a warehouse/distribution environment required , • Computer skills required , • Ability to lift 50 lbs required , • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy required , • Strongly prefer experience in receiving, shipping and compliance related activities pertaining to controlled substances Nice-to-haves • Prior experience using handheld RF units preferred , • Prior experience using material handling equipment (forklifts, etc) preferred Benefits • Reasonable accommodation for the online application process , • Support for candidates with criminal histories in accordance with laws , • Tobacco-free policy for employment Apply Job!
