Compliance Quality Assurance Analyst (Temp) (Part-Time) (Remote)

Never Restricting or Judging. Job Purpose: The Temporary Compliance Quality Assurance Analyst supports the Senior Compliance QA Analyst in evaluating and improving compliance processes. This role will assist in monitoring Compliance Specialists' calls, emails, and reports to ensure adherence to state regulations and company policies. Additionally, the analyst will help identify trends, support process improvements, and assist in responding to escalations as needed. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Provide feedback to Compliance Specialists to enhance performance and adherence to policies. 2. Assist in identifying trends, potential gaps, and areas for process improvement. 3. Support the Senior QA Analyst in compliance audits and reporting. 4. Help facilitate an agile response to escalations and urgent compliance matters. 5. Collaborate with leadership to refine QA procedures and best practices. 6. Review and assess email and phone interactions for compliance and quality standards. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. 2+ years' experience in a QA and/or compliance environment. 3. Understanding of QA practices, reporting and measurements. 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Acrobat suite. 6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. 7. Solid understanding of industry regulations and standards relevant to the company's products/services.
