And we're growing! Our Banking & Financial Services Consulting group is looking for a Consulting Manager to join our journey. We're looking for someone who is experienced with commercial lending origination platforms such as nCino, Finastra or Similar. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing deep subject matter expertise in commercial lending. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of commercial loan products, a strong analytical background, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and technology solutions. This is a key role that combines business strategy with technical expertise to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of lending systems in loan originations. Responsibilities • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. , • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market trends. , • Advise client stakeholders and support ideation and creation of roadmap. , • Provide deep subject matter expertise in commercial lending. , • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of commercial lending origination systems. , • Ensure that systems are robust, scalable, and compliant with industry standards and regulations. , • Develop reports and dashboards for tracking loan performance and key business metrics. , • Accountable for overall quality and consistency of requirements. , • Mentor team members and provide guidance on best practices. Requirements • 7+ years of experience in Commercial Lending originations with 3+ years in leadership role. , • Experience taking detailed requirements directly from client, including functional, non-functional and technical requirements. , • Extensive knowledge of commercial lending processes and regulations. , • Proven experience in system development and project management. , • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership and technical teams. , • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Nice-to-haves • Experience with commercial lending origination platforms such as nCino, Finastra, or similar systems. , • Experience in regulatory compliance in commercial lending. , • Familiarity with cloud computing and data integration technologies.
