Remote Provider Enrollment Credentialing Specialist

Responsibilities • Submit and maintain provider enrollments to ensure timely application submissions and continued PAR statuses. , • Assist providers with obtaining initial/renewal state licensures. , • Maintain detailed notes of communications, application statuses, and follow-ups. , • Request payor contracts on behalf of clients and pursue contracting through to completion. , • Research current group/provider payor processes and secure payor representative contacts. , • Verify group/provider statuses timely and accurately. , • Communicate payor process updates to leadership. , • Establish and maintain CAQH group/provider accounts and perform quarterly Reattestations timely. , • Complete and submit group/provider enrollment payor applications, following through to completion. , • Handle payor escalations when processing time exceeds standard processing ETA. , • Respond to payor recredentialing/development requests promptly. , • Provide clear and accurate status updates in weekly/bi-weekly client meetings and respond to client requests timely and professionally. Requirements • Three years of Provider Enrollment experience. , • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain multiple priorities. , • Proficient in Microsoft Office products. , • Ability to work independently on projects and communicate project status to leadership and clients in a professional manner. Nice-to-haves • Knowledge of Hospital initial appointment/reappointment application processes.
