Utilization Management Registered Nurse

Remote Utilization Management Registered Nurse / RN HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Remote RN Case Manager to join a non-profit, member- and employee-oriented healthcare organization known for offering meaningful work. Applicants must reside in Oregon to be considered. Daily Responsibilities for the Remote Utilization Management Registered Nurse / RN: • Coordinate care for members across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business, focusing on one area at a time based on business needs. • Conduct telephonic case management, assessing members’ health needs, creating care plans, and working with providers to ensure proper treatment. • Advocate for patients, provide education on condition management, and monitor progress to improve health outcomes. • Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, patient-centered care. Flexible schedule options for the Remote Utilization Management Registered Nurse / RN: • Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM • Tuesday - Saturday, 8 AM - 5 PM • Sunday - Thursday, 8 AM - 5 PM Required Qualifications for the Remote Utilization Management Registered Nurse / RN: • Must reside in Oregon • Active and unrestricted RN License in Oregon • 3+ years of RN experience • Experience in one or more of the following areas is ideal: clinical assessments, referrals to medical resources, care planning and discharge planning Preferred Qualifications for the Remote Utilization Management Registered Nurse / RN: • Telephonic case management experience • Certified Case Manager Certification (CCM) Benefits for the RN Case Manager: • Best-in-class Health Insurance offering with low deductibles and co-pays • Dental and Vision Insurance • Paid Time Off & Separate Bank of Sick Pay • 401k with company match • FSA, HSA, EAP Program and Wellness Programs Pay Details: $75,000-$90,000 base salary per year (DOE) + quarterly bonus based on company performance + annual merit increase up to 6% Interested in being considered?
