Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician

Job Details Responsibilities • Patient outreach to collect payments and coordinate payment plans • Review account billing for accuracy and communicate changes accordingly with patients • Coordinate patient profiles with appropriate pharmacy support and services • Customer service calls to ensure accuracy and address patient satisfaction Skills & Abilities • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Strong math skills • Ability to calculate profitability • Strong prioritization and organizational skills • Ability to use multiple software programs to fulfill medication orders • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality • Passion to help people and enrich their lives • Ability to exhibit ExactCare’s Core Values in daily work: • Be the example. • Work together for success. • Just be cool. • Get it right. • Always seek to improve. • Exceed expectations. Requirements • Must be 18+ years of age. High school diploma /GED required. • If no prior pharmacy experience, must be committed to registering with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy and obtaining a pharmacy certification within one year of employment. • Prior pharmacy technician experience specifically with medication billing, preferred. • Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board and registered with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy, preferred. • Ability to work a full-time, Monday - Friday schedule of 9:00AM until 5:30 PM.
