This is a unique partnership opportunity for an entrepreneurial professional who has managed their own P&C insurance business and is looking to collaborate with a forward-thinking company. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with our Mortgage Department to offer P&C insurance solutions tailored to our clients' needs. • Leverage your expertise to guide clients in selecting appropriate insurance products. • Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors, loan officers, and other key stakeholders. • Provide exceptional customer service to our expanding client base. • Drive growth by aligning insurance offerings with our financial institution's goals. Requirements: • Active P&C insurance license (required). • Proven experience running your own P&C insurance agency or shop. • Strong understanding of P&C products, underwriting processes, and compliance. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of business development. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
