Responsibilities • Process data entered, scanned, electronically submitted, and dental claims that can't be pended. , • Switch mail types when requested. , • Handle pressure in a production environment. , • Demonstrate analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. , • Investigate and respond to written appeals, inquiries, and complaints. , • Follow up on claims that need additional information or are pending in the system. Requirements • Strong attention to detail. , • Ability to work independently and meet productivity and quality goals. , • Strong oral and written communication skills. , • Proficient PC skills including mainframe systems. , • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and navigate multiple computer applications. , • Good attendance and willingness to work overtime when requested.
