Negotiate and settle claims within designated authority and in accordance with company policies. Utilize analytical skills to evaluate and determine appropriate coverage and settlement amounts. Proactively manage a high volume of claims while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and efficient resolution of claims. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of claims and related activities. Adhere to company guidelines and regulations while handling claims. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve claims handling processes. Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and effective communication. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Handle difficult or complex claims with a high level of professionalism and tact.
