JOB ID 21618 – Warranty Claims Specialist Location: St Petersburg, 33716 – Hybrid Training is fully onsite for about (2) weeks Must work onsite Tuesday and Wednesday Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Type: Contract, no end date Schedule: We will submit you with your preference M-F, 8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST M-F, 9:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST M-F, 10:00 AM EST to 7:00 PM EST Start date: Target Feb 4, 2025 Job description: By 30 days, process 45 claims a day with accuracy. Review, process, and adjudicate warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely resolution. Communicate with customers, technicians, and vendors to collect necessary information and provide claim status updates. Maintain accurate claim documentation, ensuring all relevant information is captured and processed efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and adapt to changes in claim processes or company guidelines. Perform back-office functions including parts procurement, replacement fulfillment, and research into manufacturer service bulletins for product repair validation. Nice to have: Warranty claims Insurance claims Bilingual: Spanish/English Requirements: Must have (2)+ years of related Customer Service experience. Must have recent related claims experience.
