Outpatient Physical Therapy on YOUR schedule and from YOUR Computer. Independently owned, mobile physical therapy practice looking to hire a physical therapist to work with active older adults who are NOT bed bound or non-ambulatory like classic home health clientele. This job is essentially outpatient physical therapy services provided as telehealth on YOUR schedule! You can treat with nearly total independence on your time with your patient and even just do the more lucrative evaluations and recertifications only. Practice Independently with PhysioLogix PT! We offer competitive rates for therapists with 125.00 per Evaluation and Re-certification appointment. If you want to do the regular appointments, we can offer competitive rates there too! Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Develop and implement individualized care plans, including discharge planning as necessary. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and self-care strategies. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist with expertise in patient care and knowledge of anatomy and physiology Proficient in medical terminology and physical therapy techniques Experience in discharge planning and developing care plans Background in home health, outpatient, and inpatient settings, with skills in orthopedics and geriatrics Pay: $85.00 - $125.00 per hour Medical Specialty: Home Health Orthopedics Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine Schedule: Choose your own hours Monday to Friday Education: Master's (Preferred) License/Certification: CPR Certification (Required) Licensed Physical Therapist (Required) Location: Texas (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
