Employer Industry: Construction and Engineering Services Why Consider This Job Opportunity • Salary range of $55,000 - $60,000 • Competitive wages and benefits package • In-house cafeteria and gym for a convenient work environment • Extensive on-the-job training and ongoing career development programs • Beautiful work environment with high ceilings and ample natural sunlight • RRSP matching for retirement savings What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Design building components using as-built point cloud data • Create reports comparing as-built conditions to nominal conditions • Manage the collection of on-site data using conventional survey methods and 3D scanning technologies • Document the as-built conditions of large construction sites • Ensure jobs meet the quality control process and demonstrate understanding of engineering needs onsite What Is Required (Qualifications) • New Graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Building Sciences • Previous experience with 3D scanning technology, applications, and industry processes is considered an asset • Excellent technical computer skills; knowledge of AutoCAD and Rhino is an asset • Solid knowledge of mechanical principles, math, and measurement skills • Must be motivated to take initiative and respond to issues, constraints, and opportunities How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Experience with 3D scanning technology and applications • Familiarity with engineering project documents and processes • Strong detail orientation while maintaining a broad perspective #Construction #Engineering #3DScanning #CareerDevelopment #NewGraduates We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
