Bookkeper for US based company (Part Time / Remote )

We are currently looking for a Bookkeeper to join a US-based company. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing invoices, handling payroll, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in bookkeeping for US-based companies. Responsibilities Manage bookkeeping for 15-20 clients monthly. Handle 50-200 transactions per month across 2-3 accounts per client. Reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Assist with tax preparation and provide monthly financial reports to clients. Work approximately 20-25 hours per month. Qualifications Proficient in QuickBooks, TaxDome, and TaxSlayer. Experience with HubSpot and ClickUp for management and communication. Certification in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
