Responsibilities: • Attend virtual and in-person networking groups to build professional connections and generate leads. • Plan, attend, and assist in organizing community events to increase our agency's visibility. • Support live lead generation through outreach and community engagement. • Collaborate on social media content that reflects the agencys brand and engages with our community. • Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses and organizations. • Track and report on outreach efforts and results. Qualifications: • Experience in marketing, networking, or community engagement. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment. • Proficient in social media platforms and online event planning. • Resides in VA, MD, WV, or TN (must be available to attend occasional local events). Compensation: • $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience. • Part-time schedule of 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility.
