Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Opportunity – Vitale Nursing, Inc. Vitale Nursing, Inc. is seeking experienced, compassionate, and professional Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team. We provide exceptional care to clients in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Malibu, and Pacific Palisades. Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Compensation: • Hourly Rate: $40.00–$45.00 per hour • Pay is bi-weekly via direct deposit. Job Type: • Full-Time • Part-Time • Per Diem Essential Duties: • Provide post-operative care in homes and hotels. • Deliver long-term shift assignments and home visits. • Care for hospice and critically ill patients. • Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of clients. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care. Minimum Qualifications: • Active and valid California LVN License. • Current CPR certification. • Physical examination and TB test within the past year. • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (required by California state law for healthcare workers). • Ability to commute within 15–25 miles of Los Angeles & Beverly Hills. • Three (3) professional references. Preferred Skills: • Proficiency in trach/vent and G-tube care. • IV certification (preferred but not required). Other Requirements: • Reliable transportation is strongly preferred. • Must demonstrate professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and excellent decision-making in crisis situations. • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently. Schedule: • Day and night shifts available. • Flexible weekly schedules (Monday–Friday and weekends as needed).
