About the position The Inbound Insurance Sales Representative for Personal Lines at The Hartford is responsible for providing comprehensive insurance solutions to customers, focusing on home and auto insurance. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for home and auto insurance. , Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections. , Handle up to 20-25 inbound calls per day from customers. , Maintain a distraction-free environment to focus on customer interactions. , Collaborate with team members while also working independently. Requirements 2+ years of proven track record in sales. , Comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections. , Willingness to obtain and maintain all state licenses for insurance sales. , Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-haves Experience in the insurance industry. , Bilingual in Spanish and English.
