Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and experienced Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their mortgage needs, provide expert advice, and facilitate the loan process from application to closing. Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver top-notch service will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals. · Assess clients' financial situations and advise on appropriate mortgage solutions. · Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation. · Review and analyze financial information, credit reports, and other relevant data. · Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients and underwriters. · Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes. · Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan process. · Qualifications: · Valid Mortgage Loan Officer license in at least one of the following states: Michigan, Virginia, Florida, Texas, Ohio. · Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer. · Strong understanding of mortgage products, loan processing, and underwriting. · Excellent communication skills. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. · Proficiency in mortgage software and tools. · Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
