Our customer care employees are at the heart of Humana and make up about 12% of Humana’s workforce. These valued employees care for our members, providers, sales representatives and employees by offering various support via traditional, high-touch and digital channels, such as telephone, chat and social media. Our team focuses on creating simplified, consumer-centric approaches. Employees have the freedom to approach their work with creativity, which ensures each customer’s needs are uniquely met. We work on cross-functional teams to continuously improve the way we interact with and serve our customers. Full-Time Customer Care Full-time customer care employees work more than 30 hours per week.
