Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Loan Closer/Underwriter to join our team remotely in the U.S. This is a long-term/permanent full-time position. As a Loan Closer/Underwriter, you will be responsible for preparing loan documents, coordinating escrows and notary dates, tracking processes, signing off on conditions, and ensuring regulatory compliance. We are looking for... individuals who have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of the Bank Secrecy Act and Federal SAFE Act Legislation. This position offers a competitive payment of $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
