Risk Framework Professional

At U.S. Bank Corp, we are searching for an experienced Risk Framework Professional to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management frameworks and the ability to drive the implementation of risk management principles and policies. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving the effectiveness of risk management practices.We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a risk management role. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth knowledge of risk management frameworks, including international banking regulations, and a proven track record of developing and implementing risk management processes. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a strong working knowledge of financial control systems, risk assessment processes, and risk monitoring techniques. Responsibilities: Develop and implement risk management processes and policies to ensure compliance with international banking regulations. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of risk management practices, and implement changes when necessary. Analyze and evaluate risk-related data to identify potential areas of risk and formulate solutions. Maintain a working knowledge of financial control systems, risk assessment processes, and risk monitoring techniques. Prepare and present risk-related reports to senior management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that risk management processes are adhered to. Provide guidance and training to staff on risk management standards and practices.
